The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and banana and pineapple pancakes were cooked to order. The bungalow was very spacious although the kitchen and bathrooms were looking a little tired and are ready for renewal. There was some building work being carried out on the other bungalows but this didn't detract from our stay at all. There were cycles available for free and airport transfers and moto rental were organised by reception. A very enjoyable base for HoiAn.
The bathrooms need renewing.

The staff is really nice. I guess there are more good things about this hotel but we did not stay long enought... Did not stay a night actually...
There was a lot of construction work in the city when we got there and the hotel had some construction work just in front of our room as if we were sharing the room with workers so we asked for another room but there was no more available. The hotel should have told us before our arrival. If you are away all day long I guess that's not a matter but if you want to rest and have a quite time, that's just unacceptable. We tried but we had to change our hotel.

The location, family atmosphere, very helpful, nice breakfast, accommodation generous with super size TV self catering facilities and all services provided with a smile. Would stay there again and would recommend Homestays as we used Luxury Hotels occasionally and getting closer to family life made our experience of Vietnam most enjoyable and educational.
Our Showers and Water was tepid not hot enough for a shower. We were so happy there and the weather so warm we did not ask for help...... If you want hot showers then enquire before you book - we did experience this also in one hotel.

Its a very peaceful and quiet place. Its looks brand new and with some luxury in the accomodations. They provide free bycicles and its half way between the Village and the beach. Great place. Would defenitely book again.

Botanic Garden Homestay was our 'home away from home'' in Hoi An. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival after picking us up from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. They were helpful, friendly and very accommodating. The gardens were very beautiful and lush, and the bungalows were spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool was very refreshing after a long day out and about. The breakfasts were delicious, substantial and the large choice was much appreciated. You must try the cao lau!. We really appreciated the kind hospitality offered to us and the special dinner was over and above expectations and a lovely touch. We can't recommend this homestay high enough!

The staff was very friendly throughout my stay. They were very hospitable and gave a lot of information about places to go too and things to do...On top of that it was very good value for the rooms! The centre is about 5 mins by bike away and about 15 mins walk. We use their bikes which were free of charge and rode into town everyday. It

They picked me up from the airport after a long flight and provided a refreshing welcome drink on arrival. Loved the breakfasts - especially the banana pancakes - with the view of the gorgeous garden. I also had to leave early to catch a flight and they provided me with a 'packed breakfast'! I explained I had not expected breakfast because I was leaving so early, but they insisted! Couldn't do enough for me! Have already recommended to other travellers.
Bit of construction going on and the path to my bungalow was re-concreted, so needed to navigate the path without putting footprints in the path
